Responsabilidades

• Carry the Organization thread across three time zones and two tools
• Support daily operations at our Boston site and keep workflows moving
• Write the Project Management runbook the next hire wishes they had
• Question the brief when the brief doesn't match reality
• Sense when a Boston relationship needs a call, not an email
• Own your mistakes loudly and your wins quietly
• Map the handoffs between MA teams so nothing falls in the cracks
