Job summary

Freedom Technology Solutions Group in Maryland seeks a skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to support prime contracts with a React frontend and Java/Spring Boot backend. The role includes migrating legacy systems to a hybrid architecture leveraging Camunda and Pega workflows.

The ideal candidate will contribute across the full stack, build scalable services, and work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Oracle databases and SQL.
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile development environments.
• Must be able to work core hours, M-F 10am-2pm.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack software using React (frontend) and Java/Spring Boot (backend).
• Build modern, responsive user interfaces and integrate with backend services and APIs.
• Support migration of legacy applications to a modern architecture with Camunda and Pega workflows.
• Develop and optimize data interactions with an Oracle database.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment.
