Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics in Stockton, CA invites applications for a Clinical Leader Intern. This hands-on internship blends direct care with early leadership exposure, supporting 1:1 ABA services under supervision.

You will implement treatment plans, assist with documentation, participate in coaching sessions, and learn along a structured mentorship path toward Clinical Leader and BCBA-track roles. Competitive pay and full training are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, or related field.
• One of: 2+ years of related experience or 1+ year plus 12 semester units in ABA or BCaBA.
• Reliable transportation and ability to meet vaccination requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services following evidence-based strategies.
• Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders.
• Support skill development in communication, socialization, daily living skills.
• Deliver services in home, school, centers, and community settings.
• Assist with documentation review and session preparation.
