Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Clinical Leader Intern to support 1:1 ABA services across homes, schools, and community settings. You will work under Clinical Leaders to implement treatment plans, track progress, and assist with coaching and parent education.

This internship blends direct care with early leadership exposure and structured mentorship. You will participate in joint sessions, field coaching, and documentation reviews while carrying a limited caseload and growing toward a

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services.
• 1+ year of related professional experience and 12 semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or pursuing BCBA/BCaBA credentials is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services following individualized treatment plans.
• Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living skills.
• Deliver services in homes, schools, centers, and community settings.
• Assist with documentation review and session preparation; support fidelity.
