Job summary

Glenmede Trust Company is seeking a Quantitative Research Analyst to support Glenmede Investment Management's quantitative equity team. The role involves developing data-driven stock selection models and reporting to the Head of Quantitative Research in a hybrid work setting based in Philadelphia, PA.

The candidate will perform quantitative research, develop tools, and assist investment teams with data management and strategy development, including factor research and AI applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a computational or analytical field is required.
0–5 years of experience in investment analysis and data management preferred.
Proficiency in Python and data analysis is desired.

Responsibilities

Quantitative data development and tooling.
Maintain and optimize multi-factor stock selection models.
Prepare reports and charts for investment teams.
Perform quantitative research to support strategies including factor research.
Develop quantitative investment tools and explore AI applications.
Support firm-wide initiatives to improve processes and client experience.
