Job summary

Padmore Global Connections LLC is seeking a QA Tester/Analyst for a contract role with the Georgia Dept. of Transportation. The position is hybrid and involves planning, tracking, and executing the test lifecycle across projects under tight budgets.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of testing in software development projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time.
• Experience with test automation and test scripts.
• Familiarity with RTM and UAT readiness.

Responsibilities

• Create and document test plans, scenarios, and test cases; execute tests and report issues.
• Run tests on GIS components and custom applications; interact with multiple teams.
• Operate in Agile environments to support testing needs and deliverables.
• Ensure tests align with QA standards and metrics; identify bottlenecks and risks.
• Support business partners, PMO, and vendor teams to understand requirements.
• Report weekly status to QA Testing Lead; participate in defect triage meetings.
