Job summary

Insomniac Design, a global digital agency, seeks a Mid-Level QA/Software Tester to own end-to-end quality assurance—from test planning to automated test development, performance testing, defect management, and knowledge transfer.

You will work autonomously, communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and deliver across functional, integration, performance, accessibility, regression, and user acceptance testing in a hybrid DC-based role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in QA/testing across multiple domains.
• Experience with both manual and automated testing.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Own the full QA lifecycle for assigned work packages, including test planning and reporting.
• Develop and execute manual and automated tests across functional, integration, performance, accessibility, and regression testing.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and vendor development teams to ensure quality outcomes.
• Create and maintain RTMs and test documentation to ensure test coverage and traceability.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies andOperational Readiness Reviews.
