Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a Technical QA Analyst II to help deliver high-quality features on the JUDI platform for Capital Rx members and clients. You will work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to validate functionality, analyze system behavior, and resolve issues.

Responsibilities include root-cause analysis, log monitoring, SQL queries (PostgreSQL), and collaboration in sprint planning, UAT, and compliance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 3+ years in QA Analyst, Software Engineer, Business Analyst, or related role.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong SQL experience; familiarity with SQLAlchemy is preferred.
• Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, or New Relic.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and workflows.
• Experience with GitHub or similar source control repositories.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to QA principles.

Responsibilities

• Identify, investigate, and triage technical issues within the JUDI tech stack; conduct root cause analysis.
• Monitor and analyze system logs with CloudWatch, Datadog, or New Relic; develop dashboards.
• Query and analyze data in PostgreSQL; leverage SQLAlchemy where relevant.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers to translate requirements into test plans.
• Perform QA tasks including testing, bug identification, and ticket refinement.
• Support Scrum backlog management and sprint planning; assist with UAT and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with QA processes and report noncompliance per policy.
• Adhere to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct during testing and reporting.
