Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a resourceful Python Developer to join the team, focusing on Data Analysis, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Data Visualization projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python and a passion for working with data.

Databricks experience is preferred; motivated graduates with strong Python skills are welcome. The role involves building data pipelines, analytics dashboards, and AI/ML-driven insights in a hybrid schedule with onsite days at the

Qualifications

Proficiency in Python with Pandas and PySpark.
Experience with SSRS and PowerBI for reporting.
Understanding of data engineering concepts and ETL processes.
Exposure to AI/ML concepts and techniques.
Knowledge of Databricks or willingness to learn.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent planning, organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze and process large datasets using Python (Pandas, PySpark).
Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards using SSRS and PowerBI.
Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL workflows.
Apply AI/ML techniques to extract insights and build predictive models.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Work with Databricks for scalable data engineering tasks.
Visualize data and communicate findings effectively.
