Getinge seeks a Purchasing Manager in Merrimack, NH to lead strategic and operational sourcing across direct and indirect spend. You will drive supplier performance, manage tooling and capital budgets, and collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Manufacturing to meet cost and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or Business preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Sourcing, Purchasing, or Procurement.
• 1+ years of leadership experience.
• 1+ years experience with an ERP system (Oracle a plus).
• Experience in regulated medical device environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all purchasing activities for direct/indirect spend.
• Develop supplier base, negotiate contracts, and ensure lowest total cost.
• Ensure inventory strategies align with production demands and savings targets.
• Oversee tooling maintenance and capital budgeting in coordination with Finance.
• Mentor and develop a Purchasing team to meet company goals.
