Job summary

Addison Kenway & Associates, LLC is seeking a General Psychiatrist to join a collaborative behavioral health team supporting the El Paso region and southern New Mexico. The role combines inpatient and outpatient work with about 12-15 clinic patients daily, plus inpatient discharges and brief follow-ups, with support from other psychiatrists and PMHNPs.

Schedule is Monday through Friday with a 1:6 call rotation.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry.
• New Mexico medical license required before employment.
• Comfortable treating a broad adult psychiatric patient population.
• Ability to manage both outpatient visits and brief inpatient follow-up care.
• Eligible candidates may include physicians requiring J-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship.
