Qualifications

• Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in Texas.
• Active DEA license.
• Active CDS (Illinois Providers only).
• Proficiency in high-quality clinical care and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial mental health evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform medication management and supportive psychotherapy as appropriate.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and mental health therapists for coordinated care.
