Job summary

Astrana Health, Inc. is seeking a Provider Network Operations Representative in Houston, TX to support day-to-day provider network activities. This role reports to the Sr.

Manager, Provider Network Operations and ensures accurate provider data, timely issue resolution, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and organized, with experience in onboarding, maintenance, and claims-related issues.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in provider network operations or healthcare administration.
• Experience with provider onboarding, maintenance, claims resolution, credentialing, or network operations.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support provider network operations including onboarding, terminations, demographic updates, and maintenance of records.
• Coordinate activities across Contracting, Credentialing, Claims, Provider Relations, and other teams.
• Serve as a primary contact for provider inquiries and administrative support needs.
• Investigate and resolve provider issues related to claims, reimbursement, and network participation.
• Maintain provider records, logs, and workflows; assist with directory validation and regulatory reporting.
• Compile and distribute operational reports on provider network activities and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding, education, and readiness.
• Participate in process improvement to enhance provider experience and data quality.
• Support compliance requirements including audit readiness.
