Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance and valuation for assigned state and local property tax returns with well-documented analysis.
• Ensure timely tax payments and adherence to internal policies.
• Maintain internal controls for all compliance functions.
• Handle inquiries and audits related to state/local filings.
• Provide property tax guidance to Verizon management and personnel.
• Collaborate with team and authorities to maintain relationships.
• Use Property Tax software, Excel, Alteryx, and AI tools to analyze data.
