This role involves managing multiple projects, developing client relationships, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Candidates should have over 6 years of relevant experience and a degree in engineering or construction management. Qualifications

• 6+ years job‑related substation & plant electrical project experience.
• Prior project management/P&L experience preferred; includes 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven track record of bringing projects in on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple field projects of moderate risk and complexity.
• Support the Norwich, CT office in a Hybrid capacity.
• Develop and manage project metrics to ensure work production.
