You will lead cross-functional teams through the product development process, ensuring programs are delivered on time, on budget, and on scope.

The role requires 3–5 years in project management, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and the ability to navigate a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of project or program management experience.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
• Experience guiding programs through a formal phase-gate or structured product development process.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs.
• Solid data analysis and software skills, including Excel and Power BI; proficient with Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to digest complex information and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong decision-making and prioritization skills; ownership mindset in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPD programs end-to-end.
• Manage the program and core team to achieve objectives from concept through commercialization and launch.
• Own the program schedule and plan.
• Develop and maintain the master project schedule, budgets, resource plans, and timelines.
• Develop forecasts and steward resources across the portfolio.
• Provide clear direction and accountability to core teams and manage performance toward milestones.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Marketing, Service, Supplier Quality, and Product Management leaders.
• Run the phase-gate process (COMPASS) and prepare updates for reviews and gate meetings.
• Monitor progress and report performance against schedule, scope, cost, tooling, and risk.
