Sand Cherry Associates is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional broadband initiatives, with a focus on outage management. This role requires coordinating with business analysts, technology, operations, and customer experience teams to deliver on critical incidents and enterprise-wide improvements.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in program management, strong communication skills, and experience in governance, risk, and BRD development.

Competenze

• 6+ years of project/program management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives.
• Direct broadband/telecommunications industry experience.
• Ability to manage large cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience developing project plans, BRDs, and reviewing requirements.
• PMP, PgMP or Agile certifications preferred.

• Lead large-scale broadband programs from initiation through implementation.
• Develop outage management processes and customer communications during interruptions.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Partner with Business Analysts to review requirements and BRDs.
