Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of project management experience in solar, electrical, or construction.
• Experience with multifamily or light commercial solar projects in California preferred.
• Familiarity with Title 24 (T24) and California solar programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage multifamily solar projects from design through installation and PTO.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and field teams.
