Job summary

BlueScope Buildings is seeking a Project Manager to lead the metal building steel structure projects from order entry to delivery and installation completion. You will be the primary point of contact for builders and internal teams, ensuring on-time milestones, safety, and profitability.

The role offers a hybrid office setup with opportunities to grow, collaborate across teams, and build strong relationships with builders and suppliers while driving continuous improvement in project execution.

Qualifications

• 2-year Associate or Technical degree, or 2 additional years of relevant work experience.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excel at building relationships with peers, builders, and suppliers.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management from start to finish, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with builders, engineers, and suppliers to meet milestones.
• Manage orders, backlogs, and scope changes.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings and monitor project timelines.
• Communicate schedules and progress to stakeholders.
• Resolve field issues with proactive problem-solving.
