Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, public health or related field.
• 5-8 years post-undergrad or 3-5 years post-Masters experience.
• Strong project management and client management skills.
• Experience developing consultative relationships with senior managers/executives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of consulting and research methodologies in life sciences.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy; IT skills with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in design, development and delivery of funded research projects.
• Analyze client requirements and assist in cost-effective proposals.
• Provide direction to Analysts and Consultants on engagement.
• Develop detailed documentation and specifications.
• Perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to tailor funded solutions.
• Design, structure and deliver reports/presentations for audiences.
• Identify new business opportunities and follow-on work with clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction after project delivery.
• Advance knowledge of methodologies and healthcare topics across geographies.
