Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, parking rehabilitation, building enclosure issues and forensics recommended

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and assist with RFQs/RFPs
• Develop project tasks and organize project documents
• Research building codes and industry standards
• Lead assessment report preparation
• Lead field investigations including non-destructive testing
• Prepare repair/design options and construction specifications
• Observe construction and QA testing on site
• Interact with clients, sub-consultants, and contractors
