Job summary
VIVA USA Inc in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the development and deployment of GT Infinity 2.0, an AI-enabled lifelong learning platform designed to deliver personalized learning experiences, skills assessment, digital credentials, and integration with institutional and external systems.
You will coordinate multiple technical and functional teams, stakeholders, and partners through discovery, prototyping, development, testing, and production rollout, while applying Agile
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus seven years of project management experience.
- Eligibility to sit for PMP certification.
- Experience managing complex software platform implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Agile project management practices.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and enterprise system integrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, prototyping, development, testing, and deployment across parallel workstreams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to meet delivery commitments.
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies with Agile methodologies.
- Oversee cloud-based and enterprise integrations across systems.
- Provide progress dashboards and stakeholder updates throughout the lifecycle.
