Job summary

Peoples Gas Light & Coke Co, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, seeks a Project Controls Analyst in Chicago, IL with hybrid work options. This role supports cost and schedule management for projects of moderate scope, delivering analysis and ad-hoc reporting for project management.

Qualifications include 2+ years in project controls, strong MS Office skills, and experience with scheduling and cost reporting tools; leadership experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management or related field preferred; in lieu of a Bachelor's, 4 years of relevant project experience.
• Associate Project Controls Analyst: 0-2 yrs relevant project controls experience (internship/co-op may count).
• Project Controls Analyst: 2+ yrs relevant project controls experience; 2+ yrs' MS Office; preferred PowerPlan, PeopleSoft, SAP, Primavera P6 and/or MS Access; 2+ yrs leadership experience.
• Senior Project Controls Analyst: 5+ yrs relevant project controls experience; 5+ yrs MS Office; leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Cost and/or schedule management for projects of moderate scope; support to field and department staff.
• Develop and maintain complex project schedules; prepare cost reports and ad-hoc reporting for project management.
• Analyze data and discuss cost performance with stakeholders; forecast for multiple projects and recommend actions.
