Job summary

VT Group (VTG) in Virginia Beach is seeking a Project Control Analyst for a hybrid schedule—two days in Virginia Beach, three days remote. You will provide project financial and reporting support by compiling data from Accounting and Contracts to analyze project status and act as a liaison between Operations and Accounting/Finance.

Responsibilities include reviewing contract setup, budgets, accruals, invoicing, and monthly EACs/ETCs, with emphasis on accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of government contracting experience in project control, finance, or accounting.
• Experience using Deltek Costpoint.
• Advanced Excel with Pivot tables.
• Strong written and verbal communication; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMs with project budgets, accruals and reporting.
• Review monthly revenue, gross profit and variances.
• Review time charging and expenses for assigned projects.
• Prepare monthly reporting for the Division and liaise with Accounting.
