Huron is seeking a Manager of Professional Billing Office to provide operational leadership for professional billing for Oncology, Women & Children, and Acute Medicine service lines, supporting a collaboration with Luminis Health. This onsite role in Maryland requires strong leadership, process improvement, and regulatory knowledge to optimize revenue cycle performance.

You will oversee daily operations, drive KPI performance, and partner with clinical and IT teams to reduce denials and improve

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in professional billing operations with at least 2 years in supervision.
• U.S. work authorization is required.
• Strong knowledge of professional billing processes; Epic experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze data, lead teams, and drive process improvements.
• Onsite work at Luminis Health facilities in Maryland.

• Manage professional billing teams to ensure timely claim submissions and follow-up.
• Partner with Huron and Luminis leaders to align with revenue cycle objectives.
• Monitor metrics, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to meet KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations.
• Lead resolution of escalated issues and drive cash collection improvements.
• Foster a culture of accountability, coaching, and performance development.
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams on process and tech improvements.
