Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, data, or related field.
• 2–4 years of product management, business analysis, software delivery, or related experience.
• Experience with agile development teams.
• Clear, concise communicator with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery to understand user workflows, pain points, and business processes.
• Define problem statements based on customer and business needs.
• Identify opportunities for impact within your area and translate needs into requirements and user stories.
• Own and prioritize the backlog for your area and maintain clarity.
• Communicate dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering, QA, design, and analytics to drive execution.
• Prepare materials for demos, sprint reviews, and stakeholder updates.
