• Ability to design experiments, apply statistics, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Food safety foundation; PCQI training a plus.
• Excellent communicator who connects findings to business and leads audiences.
• Independent problem solver who leads cross-disciplinary work and weighs trade-offs.
• Builds credibility and coaches others in the discipline.
• Uses data visualization and storytelling to influence decisions; adaptable to hybrid work.

Aufgaben

• Lead formulation development for new and existing Uncrustables breads and sandwich products, integrating ingredient, formula, process, business, and market considerations.
• Independently frame complex business problems, define learning plans, and recommend clear solutions.
• Serve as project team member or technical lead on high-complexity initiatives with technical unknowns.
• Define experimental and research strategies; lead lab, pilot plant, scale-up, and manufacturing work.
