Job summary

Sentry seeks a Product & Compliance Analyst to support commercial lines, analyze markets and trends, and communicate product changes to stakeholders. The role blends analytics with regulatory compliance across states.

Hybrid work is available with in-office Tuesdays–Thursdays and home options Mondays/Fridays, in Stevens Point, WI or Edwardsville, IL. Requires 2+ years in insurance and strong Excel skills, CPCU/AINS/ARM beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Understanding of Microsoft Excel to create and manage spreadsheets.
• Insurance coursework such as CPCU, AINS or ARM is beneficial but not required.
• Strong interpersonal communication and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support state insurance products for Sentry’s business products niches.
• Communicate implementation and availability of new or enhanced products.
• Participate in projects focused on key improvement initiatives.
• Implement and communicate strategic plans for markets by working with internal partnerships.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to take advantage of market opportunities.
• Create, maintain, and file exhibits and requests with the State for changes to products.
• Work as a team player to analyze markets, data, and trends.
• Communicate results to the team and management.
• Announce product rate, rule, and form updates to the impacted business areas.
