Job summary

Nooter/Eriksen Inc. in Fenton, MO is seeking a Procurement Agent to join the Procurement Team. This role supports global sourcing strategies, negotiates agreements, documents purchase contracts, and collaborates with suppliers to meet project goals.

You will select suppliers for RFQs and POs, analyze bids, prepare contract correspondence, and ensure compliance with company procedures. The position offers a hybrid work model, competitive benefits, and travel up to 10% international and domestic.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business or related field, or equivalent.
• Proven capabilities with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, SharePoint and Excel.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; professional, organized and English proficient.

Responsibilities

• Support global sourcing strategies and negotiate agreements.
• Document purchase contracts and other agreements; monitor supplier performance.
• Analyze supplier bids, extract data and present findings to peers and leaders.
• Create contract correspondence and administer contract changes; ensure compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers and suppliers; travel up to 10% (international and domestic).
• Select suppliers for RFQ and purchase orders; reconcile contract issues.
