Job summary

Colorado Permanente Medical Group is seeking board-certified or board-eligible physicians in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine to join our primary care team at Smoky Hill Medical Office in Colorado. We offer flexible schedules, including a mix of virtual and in-person care to add variety to your practice.

Compensation includes a generous benefits package with a starting bonus and relocation support; salary will be based on FTE for Family Medicine ($323,904) and Internal Medicine ($333,714).
