Job summary

The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) is seeking a Primary Care Physician – Internal Medicine or Family Medicine at our Reston Medical Center to join a physician-led, patient-centered team.

This full-time position (0.8 FTE, 32 hours/week) features competitive compensation starting at $244,000 plus comprehensive benefits, and requires MD or DO with board certification or eligibility; licensure in DC, Maryland, and Virginia is supported.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required and board certified or eligible.
• Must be able to obtain licenses in DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
• Full-time commitment to primary care with patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care for a panel of approximately 2000 patients across 32 hours weekly.
• Document notes and post-visit summaries in EPIC EMR.
• Deliver care in clinic and via telehealth as appropriate.
• Collaborate with MAPMG team to coordinate prevention and chronic disease management.
