Job summary

Mercy Clinic Primary Care in Edmond, OK is seeking a Primary Care Nurse (RN or LPN) to join a team under the primary care operations. The role includes providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with providers and the care team.

The position is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, with a 90-day in-person training period at the clinic before transitioning to a hybrid remote schedule (2-3 days onsite per week). Oklahoma RN licensure required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma from an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Oklahoma.
• Preferred Education: BSN.
• Preferred Experience: 6 months of nursing experience; Primary Care experience helpful but not required.

• Provide safe, timely, effective care in a primary care setting.
• Partner with patients, providers, and care team to drive quality outcomes.
