Job summary

One Medical, based in San Francisco, CA, seeks an Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) to join their primary care team. You will manage a broad patient panel, perform in-office procedures, and provide care via in-person and tele-health visits.

California licensure and national certification are required. Expect collaboration with in-office and virtual teams, and opportunities to expand licensure across states as One Medical expands virtual care.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• State licensed in California by start date of employment.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner with at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care, or 1 year in outpatient primary care plus 1 year in urgent care or primary care fellowship.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs (acute, chronic, well visits).
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and via tele-health visits.
• Collaborating daily with in-office teammates and with virtual clinical teams.
• Utilizing clinical training and performing in-office procedures when needed.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in more states.
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning.
