Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions is hiring a Power Platform Developer in Kansas City, MO. This hybrid/onsite role focuses on designing and implementing Power Platform solutions, reports, and automations to streamline workflows.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of related experience, with strong Power Platform and Power BI skills, plus programming in R, Python, Java, or .NET.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and certifications.
4+ years of related experience in development or automation projects.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI preferred.
Programming experience in R, Python, Java, .NET or C# is preferred.
Experience with low-code / no-code platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, build, configure, test, deploy and maintain Power Platform solutions.
Collaborate with analysts to identify opportunities and analyze business processes.
Document designs, release notes, and project documentation for teams.
Create Power BI reports from multiple data sources for end-user insights.
Work with stakeholders and QA to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Deploy projects and provide day-to-day support and problem solving.
