Job summary

INX International Ink Co. in Schaumburg, IL is hiring a Power BI Analyst to develop and maintain reports and dashboards across commercial and operational functions. The role supports data preparation from multiple sources and automation of recurring reporting.

You will work with the Lead Analyst, gathering requirements, validating data, and delivering reliable, reusable solutions. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field.
• 1-2 years related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Excel and foundational knowledge of Power BI and SQL.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
• Experience in SAP and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards across commercial and operational functions.
• Consolidate redundant reporting into standardized, reusable solutions.
• Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests and implement enhancements.
• Prepare data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis; ensure data quality.
• Gather and document reporting requirements and business rules; communicate findings clearly.
• Automate manual reporting processes; identify opportunities to simplify and improve existing reporting.
