The analyst will conduct background research, draft policy briefs and reports, review literature, and coordinate events and stakeholder engagement while supporting senior investigators across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in policy, public health, economics, or related field.
• Two years of experience in policy/research/data analysis or related role.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Strong research and writing experience.
• Policy research skills and data analysis familiarity.
• Proficient with standard office software (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health policy background research and draft summaries.
• Perform literature reviews and write policy briefs and reports.
• Coordinate convenings and manage logistics for events.
• Identify data sources and synthesize information for diverse audiences.
• Develop presentations and educational materials for stakeholders.
• Maintain project templates and track milestones across projects.
• Collaborate with senior researchers and engage with policymakers and partners.
