Motive Partners is searching for a Platform Support Engineer to join Octaura’s team in New York. This role involves supporting the CLO and Loans trading system while ensuring high levels of availability across all environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in application support, preferably in the financial industry.
• At least 3+ years maintaining and supporting financial or other applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the CLO and Loans trading system and other internal applications.
• Ensure high availability of production, demonstration, and test systems.
• Resolve system problems in a timely and professional manner.
