• Close the loop on every order — placed, acknowledged, completed, charted.
• Partner with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Anticipate the surgeon's next instrument during BLS Certification cases, tray laid out in order of use.
• Hold Patient Charting follow-up calls within 48 hours of discharge, catching problems while they're small.
