Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Pharmacy/Healthcare Setting or pharmacy claims experience is required.
• Knowledge of PBM and Medical contracts and understanding of pharmacy terminology is essential.
• Registration with the Board of Pharmacy as required by state law is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate pharmacy claims and ensure accuracy in claim responses.
• Provide responses to requests from pharmacy operations and patients.
• Contact insurance companies to resolve third-party rejections.
