Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required
• 2+ years of B2B, pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience required
• 2+ years of pharmaceuticals sales or healthcare selling experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated selling skills and ability to engage customers
• Ability to learn disease-state and product knowledge while staying compliant
• Self-motivated, proactive and performance-driven

Responsibilities

• Execute efficient virtual and in-person calls, meetings, and engagements with targets to deliver branded sales messages
• Develop and manage a weekly call schedule for disease state messaging and promotional programs
• Collaborate with field stakeholders to address customer needs and market dynamics
• Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with policy and procedures
• Engage customers through in-person or virtual meetings delivering scientific and clinically targeted messages
• Participate in regional meetings, conference calls and required training
• Develop disease state knowledge and selling skills
• Support client business needs with 50% virtual and 50% field activities and potential vacancies in the territory
