Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent specialized coursework/training.
• 3 years of insurance services experience, including supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills; ability to build trust and foster collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Personal Lines team ensuring adherence to policies and underwriting guidelines.
• Manage customer relationships, ensure accurate policy service, and address escalated issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Service a small personal lines book of business including policy changes, issuance, and educating customers on coverage.
• Support account managers in generating new business, assisting with quotes, and implementing sales strategies.
• Coordinate with operations, underwriting, and marketing to implement product changes and maintain carrier relationships.
• Foster relationships with employees to promote referrals and enhance member experience.
