Job summary

UPMC Southwestern PA is seeking Diagnostic Pediatric Radiologists in a hybrid role with a mix of in-house and remote home shifts. Applicants must have an MD or equivalent and be eligible for Pennsylvania licensure.

Fellowship training in Pediatric Radiology or the ABR 15-month pathway to certification is required, with ABR alternate pathways welcomed. Rank and compensation will reflect experience and academic productivity. Clinical and teaching duties are emphasized, with strong research support.

Qualifications

• MD degree or equivalent and eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Pediatric Radiology fellowship training or ABR 15-month pathway to Pediatric Radiology certification is required.
• ABR alternate pathway candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Mix of clinical and teaching responsibilities.
• Supervision and education of ACGME and advanced pediatric imaging fellows and residents from the University of Pittsburgh and affiliated residencies.
• Research support with protected time, pilot funding and access to research personnel in the pediatric imaging research center (PIRC).
• Mentorship and compensated leadership opportunities; potential moonlighting for interested and qualified candidates.
