Job summary

The Division of Pediatric Radiology at UPMC/University of Pittsburgh is seeking Diagnostic Pediatric Radiologists in a hybrid role combining in-house and remote home shifts. An MD degree or equivalent and PA licensure eligibility are required, with Pediatric Radiology fellowship or ABR 15-month pathway to certification.

ABR alternate pathway candidates are welcome to apply. Rank and compensation will reflect experience and academic productivity, with a base salary and robust incentives.

Qualifications

• MD degree or equivalent and eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Pediatric Radiology fellowship training or ABR pathway to certification required.

Responsibilities

• Mix of clinical and teaching responsibilities.
• Teaching will include supervision and education of ACGME and advanced pediatric imaging fellows and residents from the University of Pittsburgh and affiliated residencies.
• Research support is available with protected time, pilot funding and collaborative access to research personnel in the pediatric imaging research center (PIRC) housed within the division.
• There are ample opportunities for career growth including mentorship and compensated leadership responsibilities for interested and qualified candidates.
• For candidates interested in enhancing clinical productivity, there are opportunities for moonlighting.
