Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of business requirements experience or 7+ years in health insurance operations.
• Experience with payer operations and business requirements in a health insurance setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

• Drive implementation of PI-owned projects and report status and risks.
• Identify new payment integrity opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Track KPIs and impact metrics and draft communications on project progress and ROI.
