Job summary

Boston Medical Center in Boston, MA is seeking a Research Assistant II to coordinate subject recruitment, enrollment, and data collection for clinical studies. You will work in a hybrid schedule (20 hours/week) with responsibilities spanning screening, consent, interviews, data entry, and administrative tasks.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) and 1+ year of research experience. Proficiency in REDCap and MS Office is expected; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline required.
• Masters degree a plus; with a Master's Degree, no work experience required.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in research or clinical program activities.

Responsibilities

• Recruits and screens eligible participants for surveys and research projects.
• Collects and manages study data (REDCap, transcription, quality assurance).
• Processes participant compensation per protocol.
• Supports analysis of quantitative and qualitative data; assists with data cleaning and synthesis.
