Qualifications

• 13+ years of cinematic direction or production in the game industry.
• Experience overseeing external vendors and vendor relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to align stakeholders.
• Familiarity with game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine) and high-fidelity cinematics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Blizzard stakeholders to define cinematic goals and external vendor capabilities.
• Develop and pitch story ideas with writers and editors; align notes from stakeholders.
• Provide clear direction to external production teams and review assets for quality and timing.
• Monitor budgets and schedules, escalate issues, and negotiate adjustments.
• Oversee post-production, VFX integration, and final delivery.
