Job summary

HealthYes Staffing Network is recruiting Michigan-licensed LMSWs and LPCs for outpatient therapy opportunities in the Greater Flint area. Clinicians can design a schedule around their availability, combining telehealth with in-person care in an established behavioral health practice.

Office access is available throughout the week, including weekends, with at least one in-person day per week. This independent-contractor role offers schedule control, hybrid flexibility, and a growing referral

Qualifications

• Must hold Michigan LMSW or LPC license appropriate for the clinical services provided.
• Experience providing individual therapy to adults/adolescents; strong assessment and treatment planning abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and reliable documentation/organizational habits.
• Ability to manage a caseload with professional independence and availability for in-person services at least one day per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual outpatient therapy to adults and adolescents.
• Conduct clinical assessments and identify treatment needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and treatment goals.
• Deliver evidence-informed behavioral health interventions.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Educate and support clients throughout the treatment process.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Coordinate with other healthcare/behavioral health professionals as appropriate.
• Manage scheduling and caseload responsibilities independently.
• Maintain consistent availability for established clients.
