Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking caring and experienced Outpatient Therapists to join our growing New York team. This hybrid role offers flexibility to create your own schedule and premium rates for bilingual skills and specialties.

Full Time employees can earn a $3,000 stay-on bonus after completing probation. You will provide services under the Program Director, supporting youth and families with evidence-based practices across NY.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work
• LCSW licensure in NY required
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, youth and families
• Strong time-management; able to work independently and in a team
• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Some afternoon/evening availability is a plus
• Access to secure internet required
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
