Job summary

LifeStance Health in San Antonio, TX is seeking Licensed Clinical Testing Psychologists for our outpatient behavioral health team. This is a hybrid role with strong administrative support and a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Candidates must be fully licensed in Texas with a Ph.D. or Psy.D., experienced in adult/child assessments, testing batteries, report writing and feedback. Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $185,000+ with a robust benefits package and annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Texas, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
• Experience conducting assessments with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Experience with testing intakes, batteries, report writing and feedback sessions.

Responsibilities

• Plan batteries for assessments and prepare reports.
• Provide feedback sessions and clinical recommendations.
