Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. in La Jolla, California seeks a part-time (15+ hrs/wk) or full-time (30+ hrs/wk) Psychiatrist (Adult or Child & Adolescent) for outpatient care. Flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical support are provided in a modern, patient-centered environment.

Position offers a hybrid work model with some in-office days, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits to eligible providers.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (Adult or Child & Adolescent).
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in California.
• Outpatient psychiatry experience preferred.
• Flexible scheduling and ability to work in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Offer medication management, psychotherapy, or a blended approach as preferred.
• Set your own pace with caseload and patient volume.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary support team to deliver quality care.
